Get all the latest!

Ok, so I haven't been blogging every day. I have, however, been working out almost every day, and have been eating healthy, for the most part. I ran out of most of my candy, which is good, though my roommate gave me more for Halloween, which is bad. :) I got my bike fixed last week, so I've been riding that a lot, and even though my butt gets sore, it's fun. :) I'm going to work out again tonight. As far as eating this weekend goes, I ate mostly bread today, which isn't so good, but I'm going to go to the store tomorrow and get more meat and fruit, so I can eat other stuff. That's all for tonight!

(Late) Evening Update

Ok, sorry I've been MIA for the past few days, life's been crazy. As far as monday went, I ate very healthy, except for dinner, in which I had leftovers, specifically, some cheesy potatoes my roommate made, which weren't very good reheated, and some pizza, which she ordered in substitute of the potatoes, and some rice that I made...really healthy stuff...oh, and I had an orange. I had fruit earlier that day, and I had lots of fruit yesterday too...The killer right now is that one of my roommates brought back brownies and popcorn balls and mystery bars (we think they're either carrot cake or pumpkin....wide range, I know, but they were made to be healthy, and while they taste really good, we still don't know what the main ingredient is!) that her grandma made for us. She heard that we're all on diets, so she substituted wheat flour in for white, and cut down on the sugar and fat, but everything is still incredibly good, and it's very hard to resist. Right now I'm trying to be good and am just drinking tea, which is pretty good. It's one of those new lipton teas...anyway, really good...I'm rambling. :)

Ok, so as far as work out goes, I did work out Monday, and since today is still tuesday to me, I'll be working out once I finish my homework, before I go to bed. I'll do two sets of crunches, and two sets of weights.

Ok, on to homework for the evening. Goodnight!

P.S.
I am slowly but surely losing weight again! Yay!

Morning check in.

This will be kind of short, since I need to get ready for church, and sunday school starts in ten minutes.

I didn't work out yesterday, technically, but I spent a little over seven hours of my day hauling trees, shrubs and vines all over the greenhouse I work at to get them ready for winter. I moved 80% of our inventory, with no help. So I figured that was a pretty good workout in itself, and I left it at that.

As far as eating goes, I had a mini bagel for breakfast, and then soup and a sandwich for lunch. I had half of a large cookie with lunch, and that was my serving of sweets for the day. I had a few slices of pizza for dinner, which I know is terrible for me, and I had strawberries for dessert. I didn't really snack, that I remember, :),

As for today, I promise to avoid the donuts at church, and I will still have the mini bagel for breakfast. I will work out again today, though I don't know if I'm going to count work as my workout, since I still have to move around the rest of the greenhouse and haul 40 lb. bags of mulch to cover everything. Wish me luck.

Evening Check in.

Hopefully these check-ins will be frequent...depends on my schedule...I'm considering doing morning and evening, just to keep closer watch, more accountability, but that depends on how much time I have in the end.

Anyway, tonight I weighed myself, and, well, frankly, I'm not ready to post the number yet. Hopefully it will go down by tomorrow morning...it's not that much more than normal, but still.

I had Taco John's for lunch today. I know, terrible for me...I went because a large part of my choir decided to go out to eat together and that was the place chosen...I don't know that I'll go next time. Anyway, besides that, I had a burger for dinner, and a bagel for breakfast, so I definitely got my bread and meat in. I also had some applesauce, so that counts for a weak serving of fruit. Other than that, I think I drank all water and half a cup of tea today, unsweetened, and I had three servings of sweets...one I blame partly on the taco johns thing, the other two was me just not limiting myself to one. Since I'm going to be working tomorrow, I'll be away from all of that, and I should be able to do just one serving.

As for working out, I did 2 sets (60 total) crunches, 1 regular, 1 reverse, and 2 sets of weights (30 total) 1 shoulders, 1 biceps/triceps.
That's all for tonight. I'm tired...time for bed.
Apple time....have to stay up to do my paper for class, and so need the healthy energy...

New overhaul for the blog, and for me.

Well, as you can see, this is my new updated layout. I got tired of the old one...never really liked it, and I like this one better...this wasn't my first choice, but my first choice didn't format well. So here's my second-ish choice. Anyway...

I've fallen behind on my diet. And my exercise. I've gained back my weight, unfortunately, and I'm running short on time before the wedding...it's 226 days away, to be exact. (I have a countdown widget.) So I've decided to get a fresh start. I need to throw out all my candy, but I"m not so good at going cold turkey, so I've limited myself to one packet/serving a day. Besides that, I'm going to do at least one set of crunches per day (One set for me is 30 crunches in a row,) and the goal of more than three per day. Besides that, I'm going to lift weights each day. I have a set of five pounders in my room. I haven't been eating as much fruit as I normally do, and I intend to change that. I'm headed to Jones tomorrow to get some of their delicious oranges and hopefully some grapes as well...I already have two apples, and if I get more hungry tonight I'll have one, but I shouldn't, since I've already eaten too much tonight. :) Anyway, I know I've done this kind of overhaul before, but I need to stick to this one, so I'm hoping that more frequent blogging on my newly updated blog will help. Let me know what you think.
